An AI agent that takes a bakery's WhatsApp orders
Our client, a bakery, took every order through WhatsApp, and someone on the team had to read each chat, answer questions and write the order down. Orxon built an AI agent that now does that work: it reads each message, replies to the customer, takes the order and sends it to a custom dashboard we built, where the bakery fulfils it.

The problem
- Customers ordered by WhatsApp, at all hours.
- Every chat had to be read and answered by hand, and each order copied somewhere the kitchen could see it.
What we built
- An AI agent connected to the bakery's WhatsApp number that reads every incoming message.
- It replies to the customer, answers questions and confirms what they want and when.
- It takes the order and sends it to a custom order dashboard.
- The bakery works from the dashboard, with every order in one list and a status for each.
